USE & ACCURACY OF CONTENT

We have taken all possible care to ensure the accuracy of data & information shared on this site. All the content including description of the products, prices are correct at the time of publishing. Packaging may vary from that shown although we make every attempt to upgrade the websiteS regularly. We’ve made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the site. But as the actual color depends on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product you receive on delivery.

ORDERS & SHIPPING POLICY

All products/information displayed on the Website constitutes an invitation to offer. Your order for purchase represents your offer. As soon as you placed an order, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt of your order, email you to confirm shipment, and consequently acceptance of the order. Your orders will be delivered within 48 hrs – 72 hrs.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

A return/replacement/refund can only be processed under below condition:

  • A wrong product is being delivered.
  • An expired product is being delivered.
  • A damaged product being delivered – Physically damaged or tampered product.
  • In case of incomplete order – missing products.

Under the following condition return/replacement/refund will not be accepted:

  • In case of open/altered/used products
  • In case of original packaging (carton, labels etc) is missing.
  • If the return/ replacement/refund request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.

Once you place a request to return a product, a pickup is organized from our end. Our courier partners will pick up the item within 5-7 business days after the return request has been received. After that, the item will be brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund will be initiated.

Pls. note, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of the quality check. Please note, that this entire refund process will take 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.

For already paid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card or where the payment was made from within 7 business working days after the refund initiation. In case of COD orders, customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

You can cancel an order from the CANCEL button from the order details page under your account page, for cancellation you need to give the reason for cancellation.

Pls. note. in case of cancellation, we will process your refund within 7 working days.

Neolayr also reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time.

Pls. note a customer can cancel an order till the status is “Ready to Ship”.
